Reseller Terms & Conditions
MINIMUMS: $150.00 First Order; $100.00 on Re-Orders
BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Available items and sizes will be displayed online, so in theory the items ordered will ship; however, in the event we shown an item(s) in stock online and it isn’t available to ship with your order, we will refund the purchase amount for the item(s) that are out of stock and proceed to ship the rest of your order.
TERMS: We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Company Checks are welcome with pre-approved credit. Wire Transfers are accepted & preferred on all international orders. There is a fee for wire transfers and other financial transactions which incur additional cost. Wire Transfer instructions are available upon request. Please allow up to five (5) working days for our bank to acknowledge receipt of wire transfer. Jesus Life Corp reserves the right to re-fuse or discontinue service with any account without prior notice.
SHIPPING: Customer’s can choose their preferred shipper from shopping cart at check-out. Jesus Life Corp shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. All orders shipped from Jesus Life’s warehouse or other drop ship locations will be shipped with Carrier Insurance at Jesus Life’s discretion. Jesus Life is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Customers are responsible for all expedited or other extraordinary approved shipping charges. Possible additional shipping costs incurred for all packages returned to Jesus Life identified as undeliverable (meaning carrier made every attempt to deliver – with no response) will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any new shipping charges plus the original shipping fee for all orders. Orders submitted by International Customers will be considered on an individual basis—taking into consideration all processing; payment terms, and shipping guidelines requested by customer or required by location—for each order submitted.
DELIVERY TIME: Generally allow 72 hours for processing on all domestic orders, delivery time is additional. Allow 10 days for processing on all international orders.
PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within five (5) days after receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to (all) freight and (all) COD charges. Please call us at 904-314-6800 to receive a Return Authorization Number and Form. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. Do not send goods back without an RA! Only items that are authorized and included on Return Authorization Form should be included in package returned to Jesus Life. Any additional items included in package are subject to a separate charge. Any credit due will be issued upon receipt and processing of returned goods by Jesus Life. No future orders will be shipped until all fees owed are paid in full.
CLAIMS: Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within five (5) days of receipt. The seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Jesus Life reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURNS & EXCHANGES section above for guidelines.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If your merchandise is defective, please call us at 904-314-6800 to receive a Defective Merchandise Return Form and to request a return pre-paid shipping label.
REFUSED/NON-ACCEPTED ORDERS: Any orders placed to Jesus Life that are shipped and, by no fault of Jesus Life, refused or not-accepted are subject to all freight, COD and restocking fees applicable to that order. No future orders will be shipped until all fees owed are paid in full.
RETURNED CHECKS: A state-approved service charge will be added to all returned checks. Also, the account will revert back to COD-Cash/Money Order or Credit Card.
DISCLAIMER: Jesus Life cannot guarantee variances in color, shade, size, and construction of stock items. We reserve the right to change, correct or improve goods without notice. Photographic colors may not be representative of true product colors. Jesus Life has the right to modify, cancel or revoke these terms and conditions at any time.
